Casita Accommodations and Events at the Estate

Buena Vida Casita (guest house) and Cabana (pool house):

The Guest House and a portion of the estate can be utilized for all types of events, including small weddings, vacations, executive retreats and celebrations.  Accommodations include 1 upstairs master suite and a downstairs master suite with hill country and golf course views.  The bunk room has 3 bunk beds and a full futon with it’s own full bathroom. The kitchen includes a French Cornu Fe range with an oversized marble island and a separate butlers kitchen for the caterer. Common areas include the upstairs living and downstairs TV area.

• Guest/pool house has about 3,500 sq ft HVAC living area; ~3900 sq ft decking (including ~2000 sq covered patio areas). 
• Guest house and pool house has 6 bathrooms on-site, 4 bathrooms have hallway access for party guest use
• Pool house has an indoor/outdoor kitchen; workout room; full bathroom, shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong table.
